convenience: the life and death of art

SICK: The Life And Death of Bob Flanagan: Supermasochist
A Kirby Dick Documentary

SICK remains the first film in years to bring tears from my eyes. We wathed this film, my wife and I, last week in preparation for Kirby Dicks visit to Tucson tomorrow. I look forward to seeing him speak at the UA Theater Arts Dept, and perhaps meeting him at lunch. He is in town to speak with audiences about his two films showing at the Loft Cinema this weekend: Chain Camera, and Derrida.
